Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and ready for shipment.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping option:

    • Delivery Time: 5-6 business days

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within India only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
  • For lost packages, please allow 7 business days from the estimated delivery date before contacting us.
